Biography

Claudia Di Sano, born in Palazzolo sull'Oglio and raised in Montesilvano in the province of Pescara, now lives in Cadelbosco di Sopra, in the province of Reggio Emilia. She graduated in Engineering from the University of Ancona and in her professional life she practices the profession of engineer.

Alongside her profession, she has always cultivated a great passion: painting, which began when she was still a child. Self-taught, she found the technique that best belonged to her in oil painting, fascinated by the strength and depth of colours.

He paints with brushes, spatulas, fingers and, when necessary, even with handkerchiefs. He loves direct contact with colour, feeling it under his hands and breathing in the unmistakable scent of the oil. In painting he tries to go beyond simple representation, trying to capture and tell the soul of the things he observes.

She is often very critical of her own results and rarely feels fully satisfied with what she creates. Yet, over time, each painting becomes profoundly his: he recognizes it, feels close to it and finds a part of himself in it.

Today he wishes to share this passion with other art and painting lovers, bringing along his path the freedom, curiosity and authenticity of those who started painting for love, simply following their instincts.
